1. Custom-Made Products – No Returns or Exchanges
All products made on demand (POD) are produced specifically for each customer. Therefore, returns, cancellations, or exchanges are strictly not permitted, regardless of reason, including size, color variance, or change of mind.
2. International Orders – Final Sale
Products shipped outside of the country of origin are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstance. You are responsible for ensuring your shipping address, contact details, and order specifications are correct.
3. Order Accuracy and Responsibility
You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of your order before completing the purchase. EZ SHOP is not liable for user input errors, including product selection, sizing, shipping information, or quantity.
4. Color, Position & Mockup Disclaimer
Product images, colors, and mockups shown on the site are for illustrative purposes only. Slight variations in design placement, color calibration, or print intensity may occur and shall not be considered defects.
5. Order Processing & Shipping Delays
While we aim for timely delivery, EZ SHOP is not liable for delays caused by printers, fulfillment partners, carriers, customs, or force majeure. Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
6. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend any order at our sole discretion, including suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
7. Amendments
EZ SHOP reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where EZ SHOP operates.
Payment & Refund Policies
This Payment and Refund Policy is integral to the Terms of Use and applies to all purchases made through EZ SHOP. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below without exception.
1. Payment Terms
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment gateways as available at checkout.
Payment Authorization: All payments must be authorized and successfully processed prior to order fulfillment. Unauthorized or failed transactions will result in automatic cancellation of the order.
Currency: All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.
Pricing Accuracy: Prices displayed on the website are subject to change at any time without notice. EZ SHOP reserves the right to correct pricing errors before or after order placement.
2. No Refunds for Made-to-Order Products
Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our print-on-demand (POD) merchandise:
All sales are final.
Refunds are not issued under any circumstances once an order is confirmed, including but not limited to:
Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
Incorrect size, color, or variant selected by the customer
Perceived color or style discrepancies
Delivery delays not directly caused by EZ SHOP
Incompatibility with local customs or regulations
3. International Shipping – No Refunds
Orders shipped outside the country of fulfillment are strictly non-refundable and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or chargebacks, regardless of shipping timeframes, duties, or import taxes imposed by destination countries.
4. Refunds for Damaged or Defective Items
Refunds may be issued only if an item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect. To qualify:
You must notify EZ SHOP within 3 days of delivery via email with:
Clear photographic evidence of the issue
Order number and full item details
If approved, a replacement or partial refund may be issued at the sole discretion of EZ SHOP. We reserve the right to deny any refund request that fails to meet the above criteria.
5. Fraud & Abuse
EZ SHOP reserves the right to refuse a refund, cancel an order, or disable an account in cases of suspected fraud, misuse of the system, or abuse of refund policies.
Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the fulfillment and delivery of orders placed on EZ SHOP. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts all shipping-related terms without limitation.
1. Fulfillment Timeline
All products are made-to-order and undergo a production process before shipping.
Average production time is between 2–7 business days, depending on product type and order volume.
Production delays may occur during peak seasons, promotional campaigns, or due to material shortages.
2. Estimated Shipping Time
Shipping time is calculated after production is completed.
Estimated delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected at checkout.
Any estimated delivery window is not guaranteed and should be considered an approximation.
3. International Orders
EZ SHOP ships internationally to most countries.
Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their local customs, duties, and import regulations.
Customs delays, additional import fees, or delivery refusal are not grounds for cancellation or refund.
4. Tracking & Delivery
Once an order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided (when available).
The customer is responsible for monitoring shipment status and coordinating with local carriers for delivery.
EZ SHOP is not liable for:
Delays caused by carriers or customs
Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect address
Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
EZ SHOP is not responsible for failed deliveries due to errors in the shipping information provided by the customer.
6. Force Majeure
EZ SHOP is not liable for shipping disruptions caused by events outside of its control, including but not limited to:
natural disasters, political unrest, carrier strikes, epidemics, or government restrictions.
7. Changes After Purchase
No changes can be made to shipping details, products, or variants once an order is confirmed.
Requests to reroute or modify orders after processing are not guaranteed and may incur additional fees.
